Jerome Downes had heart surgery on Monday
to repair a defect in his heart. That procedure went
well, but there were complications afterwards which impacted his
brain. While we don't yet know how all of this will turn out, we
request that you be sending him your power, love and intention for
his recovery.

"Dear Jerome,
I just heard you had gone Home on Christmas Day, and am saddled with
mixed feelings about this. On one hand, I am sad that we will never
have that reunion we talked about, but on the other hand, I know you
are happy where you are now. Although you are out of sight, you
will never be out of mind for me and the countless others whom you
had impacted through the Landmark Forum in the Philippines. Thank
you for the fun and the opportunity to assist you in many ways in
Manila.
"Sir Winston Churchill
said we make a living by what we get, but we make a life by what we
give. You have given so much of yourself, Jerome, and you will
always live in all of us Landmark graduates. You are our Super Hero
and my jewel of a Friend indeed! Thank you for your contribution to
our lives and to Humanity."

“Jerome you were my
leadership course leader of a corporate program in 2008, and ever
since, I’ve always been inspired by the power and the compassion of
your great leadership and your ability to speak powerfully for
hours. Thank you for the chance to assist in the courses you led in
Vietnam. It was through one of your coaching to the crowd, you have
empowered me to take a stand of contributing to the work you started
in Vietnam. Dear Jerome, thank you for the stand you took on me, and
for the compassion and the possibilities you have created in my
life. Rest in peace and be assured that the possibilities you
created will be carried on! You are loved.”
