Jerome's
message,
to his
fans and friends!
Jerome Downes
was a senior Landmark Forum Leader and the Executive accountable for
Landmark
Education in Asia. Jerome had worked in Asia since 1999 and had
pioneered the availability of Landmark’s programs all over the
region.
With the existing
Centers of Tokyo and Osaka in Japan as an initial base, Jerome
accepted the requests of several committed and extraordinary
graduates in the region,
and in 2002 he led the first Landmark Forum in Manila, in 2003 the
first Landmark Forums in Singapore, Bangkok, Hong Kong and Malaysia,
in 2006 the first Landmark Forum in Mainland China and managed in
2007 for Seoul, South Korea.

Through his vision and
leadership, the Landmark Forum has been made available in 14 new
locations where it had never been available before.
Over 35,000 people have taken the Landmark Forum in locations where
the Landmark Forum didn’t exist before Jerome Downes got there.
Much of Jerome’s focus in 2009, in addition to the expansion of our
work in China, had been on offering
Business Breakthrough Technology; our unique brand of corporate
training and consulting in Asian markets such as Vietnam, Taiwan,
Dubai, Jakarta, Beijing and Shanghai.
But Jerome’s heart had always belonged to the graduates. He wrote this communication in response to your requests
in 2009 from our site
as a way of being in communication with all of you who are the
committed friends of the work of Landmark Education.

Acknowledgment
to Landmark Education Graduates
A Call From The Future
I begin this communication with an
acknowledgement to all the graduates and specifically to you the
readers, for your empowering support of the work of
Landmark
Education. Thank you for employing
Landmark’s Technology in fulfilling on what really matters to
you, for your loved ones, your families, your organizations and your
societies.
Many of you have continuously
participated with us in various capacities since I first declared in
2002 that Asia is Landmark’s biggest
possibility. Your participation has generated incredible
demand for our work in
Asia. I
can barely keep up, and I’ve declared a breakdown in being able to
meet the demand in the face of this expansion, this rapidly growing
commitments of our graduates.
What this demonstrates is that our
work works. People in Asia, love our technology and
Landmark
graduates all over Asia are left empowered with the experience of
who they are and what they are now capable of. They are using
Landmark’s methodology to satisfy a massive pent up hunger to catch
up with the rest of the world of the 21st century.

It is a real great accomplishment
that we now have 5 remarkable Japanese Landmark Forum Leaders,
Shigeto Yamada, Hiromi Arakaki, Takatoshi Ueno, Eriko Baba and Ippei
Fujita, working with me in Japan. We now also have our first Landmark Forum Leader from
Southeast Asia, Poorani Thanusha of Singapore; and most recently,
Aljor Perreras, Landmark Forum Leader of Manila.
Still, the demand for our work continues to outstrip our capacity to
deliver. Landmark is looking for Leaders. I am currently at work to
cause the next breakthrough in generating structures for the
training and development of Program Leaders, Senior Managers and
personnel able to fulfill on the demand that’s already there and to
be able to seize new and exciting possibilities on the horizon.
On another front, in the last 2 years we have built a solid business
track record by providing a consulting curriculum that is in great
demand and has transformed businesses and corporate cultures all
over Asia. This unique methodology is recession-proof and
independent of circumstances of the world. Unavailable anywhere else
outside Landmark Education, we deliver this consulting curriculum in
many locations in Asia through our subsidiary, the
Business Breakthrough Technology; with our senior partner,
Ramesh Ramachandra.
What we, as a community of people at Landmark Education have
accomplished in Asia in the last ten years has been truly remarkable
and inspiring. Nevertheless, what is arising on the horizon is even
more astounding. The Asia Team – the Landmark Forum Leaders, Center
Managers, Program Leaders and Key Partners – are looking to fulfill
the possibility of one million people completing the Landmark Forum
in Asia in the next five years.

To meet with the challenges created
by our own recent successes, I am at work to create large courses in
Asia, such as a 2000 people
Landmark Forum in Bangkok in November 2009. I am asking everyone
to step up in their next accountabilities with velocity and fulfill
your own dream of a world that works for every one as your own self
expression.
Also, I invite those of you who are
looking for senior accountabilities with Landmark Education in Asia
– especially former Staff members and Program Leaders - who would
like to have a five years agreement to step in and be a star for
Asia. We are building a “Team”: of Leaders, Managers, Staff who are
strong enough to deliver and fulfill what is demanded by what is now
possible.
In closing, I would like to personally acknowledge our graduates
from all over the world who have contributed to our “Launch
China Project”. Your contributions have made a real difference
our ability to deliver Transformation in the biggest population of
the world. Our new graduates in
Beijing and Shanghai are
using our technology to leave the past in the past and are creating
a future worthy of the best of our humanity. Inside of this future
we could use a hundred of new Landmark Forum Leaders and dozens of
new Centers. This future is calling loudly on all and on each of us.
Thank you for all these
accomplishments.
Thank you for who you are and the courage to be who you are in this
day and age.
I look forward to updating you again as we continue to reinvent and
bring forth the fulfillment of these new futures.
